The project conducted a nationwide assessment of organic waste streams and developed feasible business models for valorization solutions in Jordan.

The scope of work includes

  • Engage stakeholders (public sector, investors, organizations)
  • Map waste generation across agriculture, municipal, industrial, and sludge streams
  • Map value chains (landfilling, dumping, burning, valorization)
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessment
  • Map demand and analyze value chains for various markets (energy, compost, feed, crafts, chemicals, etc.)
  • Develop business and financial models
  • Conduct feasibility studies with CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, NPV, etc.
