• At least Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering.
• Qualified/Registered Professional Engineer at Egyptian Engineers Syndicate or approved equivalent in their citizenship country.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the detailed design of sewerage networks and wastewater treatment plants of capacity greater than 20,000 m3/d.

• Qualified/Registered Professional Engineer at Egyptian Engineers Syndicate or approved equivalent in their citizenship country.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the design of at least three WWTPs of capacity greater than 20,000m3/day and pump stations.
• At least Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Qualified/Registered Professional Engineer at Egyptian Engineers Syndicate or approved equivalent in their citizenship country.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the design of at least three WWTPs of capacity greater than 20,000m3/day and pump stations.
• University degree in construction management, engineering, law, economics, or related discipline.
• Ten years’ experience in the management of the entire procurement cycle for infrastructure projects (including preparation of TORs and tender documents, tender evaluation, contract documentation for construction works).
• Fluency in English and Arabic language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience in architecture design and supervision of the WWTP and sewerage system including pump stations and force mains.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or quality control.
• Proven track record in construction related quality control activities for infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple sites will be an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of the Egyptian and International Codes and specification requirements.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the construction field, preferably in sewerage systems and WWTP projects.
• At least six years of senior level specific experience in construction quality control activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Qualified/Registered Professional Engineer at Egyptian Engineers Syndicate or approved equivalent in their citizenship country.
• A minimum of 25 years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience managing the detailed design of at least three WWTPs and ten sewerage system projects in the last ten years.
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in managing the construction supervision of wastewater treatment plants, sewerage networks and pumping stations.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Qualified/Registered Professional Engineer or approved equivalent in their citizenship country.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience managing the detailed design of at least three WWTP in the last ten years and of sewerage systems.
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the supervision and contract management of water and wastewater sector, infrastructure project using the FIDIC Conditions of contract.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater sector, including experience supervising the construction of at least two WWTPs and sewerage systems construction including pump stations and force mains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• OSHA Certificate (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 15 years working experience; five years of which, must be in the water and wastewater management sector including experience managing the health and safety aspects of major construction projects financed by international donors.
• University degree in the Environmental field.
• Must have knowledge and experience conducting ESIA and baseline assessment at both international and local levels in accordance with IFC Performance Standards or similar international environmental and social safeguard requirements (e.g., World Bank, ADB, EBRD).
• At least ten years of professional experience.
• Must be registered in EEAA.
• Qualified/Registered Professional Engineer at Egyptian Engineers Syndicate or approved equivalent in their citizenship country.
• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience supervising the construction of at least two WWTP and sewage pump stations.

• A minimum of eight years of related experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience in preparing, reviewing, and following up on projects’ time schedule using professional software in the construction of at least two WWTPs and sewerage systems.
• BSc in social sciences; preferably postgraduate degree.
• Excellent understanding of the Egyptian and International Codes and legislation on labour conditions, gender equality, and other social aspects.
• Minimum of ten years total working experience in social impact assessments and stakeholders’ engagements in the framework of the infrastructure projects.
• At least 3-5 years of senior level specific experience in designing and monitoring the implementation of ESHS management plans for construction works.
• Preferably has experience in sewerage systems and WWTP projects.
• Knowledge and practice in implementing IFIs social safeguards.
