Transforming Financial Systems for Climate ,Technical Assistance Facility to support theTFSC programme in Egypt

The project establishes a Core Technical Assistance Facility to deploy the TFSC credit line in Egypt, reviewing climate-related project proposals and supporting capacity building for the participating bank

The scope of work includes

• Refine eligibility criteria for climate adaptation finance
• Review projects in RE, EE, green buildings, agriculture, and water sectors
• Lead capacity-building sessions for banks and beneficiaries
• Support development of TA facilities for the participating bank
• Mobilize required expertise and coordinate daily with the bank
• Provide technical recommendations and market insights
